Our cooks work hard to get your delicious meals prepared quickly and have a set number of orders that can be processed per delivery time slot. The system we've created is in place to ensure deliveries run smoothly. For that reason, changing delivery times after an order has been accepted by your Chef is not an option at the moment.
We recognize how important the ability to edit your order is and we are working hard on creating that functionality in the Cookin app while also respecting our Chefs' prep time process. Stay tuned for updates soon!
